Carol - They had one at every pump. When I first got out of the car I wondered why I was hearing the Channel 18 weatherman's voice at the service station. I stared at it a long time before I thought to take a picture.
they probably install these, so when you go there to fill your tank with $7.00 worth of gas, you get distracted and let the whole tank fill up..! Then wind up paying $50!
